I didn’t even have to pay extra for faster shipping, since it was gonna take a bit before I could hand it over to the happy couple, but it just showed up!!! I’m so amazed and thankful. It’s a stunning, magnum-sized ice bucket from Laurent Perrier, and I can’t wait to give it as the ‘engagement gift’ it was meant to be. I had no clue it came with a removable drain plate to keep the ice and melt separate. I’m really pleased with this buy. The quality is top-notch, it’s well packaged and secure, plus the delivery was quick. Huge thanks for offering such fantastic products and for your exceptional service. Your help, MARCO, was greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for a box of chocolate yesterday, and it was the best deal I could find online, even with the 7.75 delivery fee. It showed up today, even though the delivery info mentioned it could take up to 7 working days. Just awesome service, plus the email communication was super friendly. I highly recommend this after such a wonderful experience!

I called the customer service line just before I was about to finalize my order for a delivery I needed quickly (within 48 hours), and I was a bit hesitant due to what I read on their site regarding the delivery times for the less expensive option. The representative I spoke with was fantastic; he got my order ready and shipped it out within the hour, and I got the package way ahead of my deadline. When I decided to send back one of the items I ordered, they were once again super helpful and courteous. In my opinion, they set a new benchmark for retail in 2021—definitely a big thumbs up from me!

I've shopped with North & South Wines quite a bit over the last couple of years (the deals are always fantastic). Their support is top-notch! I ran into an issue with one of my deliveries (it was a courier mix-up, not on N&S). They dispatched a replacement the very next day without any added cost. Impressive! I would definitely recommend them.

This business has been outstanding and super helpful in handling my order, especially when a portion of my delivery got messed up during shipping. They acted fast to fix and swap out my items. It's a bit annoying, though, that the delivery service they chose doesn't match that same quality of care.
